[9:23 PM] Mika: Vivianna walks in. She didn't think she would come to this restaurant but dwabi food was a little hard to pass up. Her dress is long and baby pink, trailing after her as she looks around for a person to seat her. She has braided carnations into her hair. Her necklace is on proud display as she didn't wear anything to take attention off it, even her dress was simple.(edited)

[9:26 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: A waiter comes to greet Vivianna. "Today the Black Pearl is celebrating Dwabbi culture with a special menu."

[9:29 PM] REWlego: "That sounds reasonable. I haven't met much royalty, even though I used to be nobility... The only royalty that I've met so far is Freyzenese."
[9:30 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: "I have only, u, met Freyzenese royalty as well."
[9:30 PM] AOMRocks20: "Yes. You'll see more tonight." Kazama pats down his pants.
[9:32 PM] REWlego: "Well, I've actually already met, well, more of briefly spoke to Princess Ellis already."
[9:33 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama nods silently, glancing around the rest of the restaurant.
[9:34 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: News of the menu have spread. There's quite a few interested nobles, bolstered by Dragon Tail regulars concerned about the murder that occured right outside their usual dining venue.
[9:35 PM] Mika: Vivianna sits and sighs, looking at the menu..what even was good..
[9:36 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: Lots of unfamiliar words here. Along with desperate attempts from the staff to explain each dish and its bizarre new differences.
[9:37 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama takes the menu, looking over it. There should be something familiar... I've had Dwabi before...
[9:38 PM] Mika: "Oh my goodness..if only Sula were here to help. Is this a fruit dish...it has bananas in it.."
[9:38 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: There were enough staples that the regulars weren't too concerned. it was easy to tell among the crowd, however, who was and wasn't at all familiar with Dwabi food.
[9:38 PM] [SPICY] Amasuro: A small commotion begins to stir at the entrance as princess Ellis walks in, wearing an elegant white dress, looking around for Kazama.
[9:39 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama looks up at the commotion, then quickly stands up, waving at Princess Ellis.
[9:40 PM] Mika: Vivianna blinks, the princess was here too..she didn't think this place was all so popular.
[9:40 PM] [SPICY] Amasuro: She smiles and walks over to Kazama.
"Sorry I am late!"
[9:41 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: Sula stands and bows, withholding a Kwemo for the moment. He and Leodin are drawing quite a bit of looks from the others with their...fashion choices, on the same level as the princess.(edited)

[9:44 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama nods, chuckling. "I was to pull it out for you, milady, but I am not averse to you sitting next to me."
[9:44 PM] Mika: "Can I please start off with the Ensalada de Camarones con Aguacate y Limon."
[9:46 PM] Mika: "And a glass of Sorrel as well."
[9:48 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: "A Dwa plate of Achiote Bananas y Fala Huevos for us," said Sula, buying time for the others with an appetizer for everyone.
[9:50 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: Both Vivi's and the balcony's waiters departed, walking at a tense clip.
[9:51 PM] AOMRocks20: "Does anything on the menu look good, milady?"
[9:52 PM] [SPICY] Amasuro: "Ah...I am unfamiliar with the food. But...I should acknowledge who asked me to come."
Putting down her menu, Ellis looked up.
"Would you be the one who invited me?" She looks at Leodin.

[9:53 PM] Mika: Vivi sighs, she was bored..so bored. She starts to sing softly.
[9:54 PM] REWlego: Leodin looks around a bit nervously. "No, milady, I was not."
[9:57 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: Sula clasped his palms together. "Please excuse us, milady. Sir Leo-din here found was hard at work last night with a certain...incident."

[10:30 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: "Kwemo, Sula says to the waiter at the sight of the first dish. He eyes the cake, a little unsettled that his trump card was coming out so soon...
[10:32 PM] [SWEET] Kwakado: "Has everyone decided on their orders?" The waiter gives a profoundly neutral expression across the table.

[10:35 PM] [SPICY] Amasuro: "Ah!" Ellis was in awe of the food, "yes, could I order your Jerk Chicken please? With a side of rice."

[10:39 PM] REWlego: "Oh, um... Could I please have the Mahi Mahi with Coconut Rice and Mango Salsa?"

[10:43 PM] Kwak Sparrow: "Sula-o's work is...a little different. I have talked with the spirits of the earth, and the sky, listened to the wills of the gods..." His eyes met Ellis's. "And the name they spoke, was yours."
[10:45 PM] Amasuro: Ellis blinked, silent as she swallowed,
"Oh my, are you a holy man in your culture, Sula-o?"
[10:46 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama rubs his chin.
[10:47 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula smiles. "Perhaps you have heard the legends of Aishatu, the most mystical of the Dwabi."
[10:47 PM] Amasuro: "I have some idea of it, yes."
[10:49 PM] Kwak Sparrow: "We may never cover our feet...for the earth whispers secrets to us through them. And that is why I told Leodin it must be you, Lady Ellis-o."
[10:50 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama taps his fingers on the table.
[10:51 PM] Amasuro: "Oh! Ah, well...if you insist, perhaps I do have a chance at winning the election."
She puts a hand on her chest.
"But, truly, no matter what happens, I believe Freyzenwald will be in the right hands."
[10:51 PM] Kwak Sparrow: "I think we can all agree with that, uu?" Sula grins to Kazama and Leodin.
[10:52 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama nods. "Especially within your hands, milady."
[10:56 PM] REWlego: Leodin nods as well.
"I think that you would make an excellent queen, Lady Ellis."
[10:57 PM] Amasuro: "Oh, my...ah," she blushes, turning to the side, "I'm not sure what to do with all this praise, but...thank you. It...means a lot to me."
[10:59 PM] Kwak Sparrow: "All we can do with the blessings we are given, is share them. Leo-din and I trust that your rule will send Kwemo flowing from Frey-zen-wald to Khlin, and back again."
[11:00 PM] Amasuro: "Kwemo...that represents a positive spirit in your culture, right?"
[11:00 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama nods. "Kwemo, good fortune."
[11:06 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula gives a meaningful glance to Leodin. "Yes, yes, and it has become quite...rare, in the land of Khlin."
[11:10 PM] REWlego: Leodin looks back at Sula and then to the princess.
"Lady Ellis, the rebels in Khlin are winning, but they still need support. The defenses of Intetsu are too strong to get inside.... That is why we need help from Freyzenwald."
[11:10 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula raises an eyebrow at Leodin, but quickly lowers it, without speaking.
[11:11 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama's eyebrows raise. "This is a... very interesting proposition to bring up over dinner."
[11:13 PM] REWlego: Leodin glances at Sula, a bit confused.
[11:14 PM] Kwak Sparrow: He returns an equally confused glance, yet still a smile.(edited)
[11:15 PM] Amasuro: Ellis falls silent for a moment, "I...I have maintained a stance of neutrality on the matter for quite a while now. Sir Leodin, if I may ask, what reason do we have to side with you in this war?"
[11:16 PM] Kwak Sparrow: "M-milady..." Sula freezes. Was the necklace a message to Leodin? Or from him? A sour taste filled his mouth.
[11:17 PM] REWlego: Leodin was about to speak when he was interrupted by Sula.
[11:20 PM] Amasuro: "Ah! I am sorry, I did not mean to offend you!"
Ellis picks up her glass of water and sips it gently.
"I just...I am not keen on acts of war. They...I can not stand to see my people be hurt. Sir Leodin, if we are to entertain the idea of a war, I want to have a good reason for it."
[11:21 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula's bewildered gaze turns to Kazama. At what point was he fooled?
[11:23 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama's gaze is almost inscrutable.
[11:23 PM] REWlego: "Of course..."
He gives another confused glance to Sula.
"The Khlinese Oligarchy is corrupt... The nobles don't know what's best for the people. I do not wish for Freyzenwald to declare war, just for some foreign assistance, milady."
Leodin bows his head.
[11:25 PM] Kwak Sparrow: "Yes, of course. Leodin knows as well as I, that war is not the answer here."
[11:26 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula's eyes narrow at him. "Though he says it very strangely."
[11:26 PM] Amasuro: Ellis stares focused towards Leodin for a short moment, "well, the Khlinese leaders are not allies of ours anyway. I suppose the idea of sending aid would be in the realm of possibilty."
She smiles at Leodin, "that is, if I am elected as queen. I am sure my sister would lead an army herself if she wanted to..."
[11:27 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama leans back, folding his arms. "I find it odd, Sula, that you take the time to propose this to us during dinner."
[11:29 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula nods. "Yes, it is...much too soon for any of this talk, isn't it, Leo-din? Truly--"
And the jerk chicken arrives, along with Leodin's fish and Sula's curry.(edited)

Ellis backs off, letting the chicken be plated in front of her.
[11:31 PM] AOMRocks20: The hand falls to her shoulder.
[11:32 PM] Kwak Sparrow: "I wonder if some good food will help us all move past these...strange words."
[11:32 PM] AOMRocks20: "Lady Ellis."
[11:33 PM] Amasuro: Ellis smiles, touching Kazama's hand and nodding.
"Well, this food looks absolutely marvelous!"
[11:33 PM] AOMRocks20: "Why, yes. Perhaps I could try some of yours?" His gaze hardens.(edited)
[11:34 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula clenches a fist under the table. First the necklace, now an insult like this? He had been far too open with the man.(edited)
[11:35 PM] Amasuro: Is he suggesting...?
"Well if you insist."
[11:36 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama cuts a decently-sized bite of Ellis' meal off it, removing his mask to taste and swallow it.
[11:37 PM] Amasuro: Ellis giggled, "Kazama, you are quite hungry, are you?"
They would not do something like that...I hope.
[11:37 PM] AOMRocks20: He nods, blushing. He giggles. "Perhaps I am, apologies..."
[11:38 PM] Amasuro: "Well, I think a trade is fair, then?" Ellis gestures towards Kazama's own meal.
[11:39 PM] Kwak Sparrow: "Aa, Leo-din! Your Mahi is looking...Quite Kwemo. I wonder if it tastes better than mine..." Sula extends a palm to Leodin's plate.
[11:39 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama gives Ellis a serious look. "Are you sure? It might be a bit too spicy for you."
[11:40 PM] REWlego: Leodin gestures to Sula to try some.
[11:40 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula grips a knife, slices some off, and all but launches it into his mouth.
[11:41 PM] Amasuro: "Haha, we have the same meal, Kazama! Ah, alright then, then just give me a leg, later? I absolutely love those."
Ellis takes her own fork and prepares to eat her own dish, not noticing the other side of the table.
[11:42 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama sighs. "I suppose if I can handle it, you can..." He begins to dig into his own meal.
[11:43 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula, desperate for Kwemo, starts devouring his own.
[11:44 PM] REWlego: Leodin is the last to start eating, but starts to slowly eat his meal.
[11:45 PM] Kwak Sparrow: "Careful, Leo-din, that you don't bite off more than you can chew, ha ha ha."
[11:45 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula's teeth tore into the oxtail.
[11:46 PM] Amasuro: Ellis continues to eat her meal daintily
He is...really getting into his food.
[11:49 PM] Kwak Sparrow: The four of them, and the guests below, are all pleasantly surprised at its quality - a step up from the usual Dwabi cuisine in Amaterasu.
[11:51 PM] Amasuro: It is...not too spicy, and full of such flavour! Ah, Dwabi cuisine is such a treat.
Ellis looks like she wants to say something, but stops herself at Sula's ferocious method of eating and goes back to finishing her food.
[11:53 PM] AOMRocks20: Kazama enjoys his food silently. Something is off here.
[11:53 PM] Kwak Sparrow: Despite his theatrics, Sula's eyes are fixed on Ellis's appetite. Her mannerisms. Is she truly...the one?
[12:01 AM] Amasuro: Her food nearly finished, Ellis takes a drink of water as she turns to Kazama.
"So, what do you think of the food, Kazama?"
[12:01 AM] AOMRocks20: "It is... suitable, milady."
[12:02 AM] Amasuro: "The food is very delightful! I am quite enjoying it."
[12:02 AM] AOMRocks20: "Yes..."
[12:04 AM] Kwak Sparrow: "Haa..." Sula's plates are nearly empty as well. "Truly the finest Dwabi food I have had in a kingdom." He leans back. "I have not tasted such Kwemo in..." Sula's eyes narrow. "About eight years."
[12:05 AM] AOMRocks20: "...you seem to have a good memory, Sula."
[12:05 AM] Kwak Sparrow: He seems to respond to Ellis, instead of Kazama. "...It would be impossible to forget."
[12:06 AM] Amasuro: ...This does not seem like a subject worth pushing...
"Well-! I am glad you are enjoying a restaraunt in our kingdom so much!"
[12:08 AM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula bites his tongue. Any further, and this could get dangerous. He needed a chance to speak to Leodin privately. "Yes, yes. Truly a sign of Frey-zen beauty! Frey-zen power!"
[12:11 AM] AOMRocks20: "...hrmm... this place's food is delightful, Sula."
[12:12 AM] Amasuro: "I should have visited this place more often. Ah, I believe I came here a few years ago..."
Ellis finishes and cleans off her plate.
[12:13 AM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula does so as well. It's a much more bitter taste, now.
[12:14 AM] AOMRocks20: "Really? I don't ever recall accompanying you here."
[12:15 AM] Amasuro: "Mmm, you must have been busy that day. I think you missed out!"
[12:16 AM] AOMRocks20: "Hrmm. Had this excursion been on the first of the month?"
[12:16 AM] Amasuro: "I...believe it was."
[12:17 AM] AOMRocks20: "Then I was on private business at the time, milady. But still... I never recall hearing of you coming here."(edited)
[12:19 AM] Amasuro: "Perhaps it slipped your mind? Ah, no offense, of course! But...it was four years ago, I believe..."
[12:21 AM] AOMRocks20: "...Even so, this is a very... unique place. I'm sure I've seen nothing like it..."
[12:21 AM] AOMRocks20: and neither have any of the other patrons.
[12:21 AM] Kwak Sparrow: A waiter approaches the foot of the staircase, with yet another large dessert platter. Sula waves him away while the guests of honor are distracted.
[12:23 AM] Amasuro: "Oh? Perhaps my memory was incorrect, in that case."
Mmm, I suppose most of the restaraunts of a similar variety look the same...
[12:27 AM] Kwak Sparrow: "I pray that tonight has been nothing but pleasant memories for us all." Sula gives a sort of seated bow to the two of them.(edited)
[12:31 AM] AOMRocks20: He nods.
[12:32 AM] Kwak Sparrow: "And let us speak only this: Ellis-o has nothing but the highest support of Khlin."
[12:35 AM] Amasuro: Ellis doesn't speak to those words and takes another sip of her water.
"Anyway, the food was excellent, Sula-o. Is that all the dishes?"
[12:37 AM] Kwak Sparrow: He smiles. "I am sure they would be glad to provide..anything else we could want." Or anyone.
[12:37 AM] Amasuro: Ellis shook her head.
"My apologies, I am not much of a heavy eater. Unless you have other plans, perhaps we can discuss the bill?"
[12:39 AM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula shakes his head. "No need. Consider it a...birthday present, from Sir Leo-din and the Khlin-ese Oligarchy."
[12:40 AM] Amasuro: Ellis nodded her head, "when you phrase it like that, it would be rude of me to refuse."
She stands up, bowing twice at the pair, "then, sir Leodin, Sula-o, it has been a pleasure to meet both of you."
[12:42 AM] Kwak Sparrow: Sula stands, returning the bow. "Kwemo-Kwemi, Oh Lady Ellis." Then one to Kazama.
[12:42 AM] REWlego: Leodin stands up as well and bows.
"It was a pleasure getting to meet you properly, Lady Ellis... Perhaps we should do this again sometime."
[12:42 AM] Amasuro: "It would be my pleasure! Next time, it will be my treat."
[12:45 AM] Kwak Sparrow: "May you both make it back to the castle safely." He turns to his companion. "Leo-din, would you mind staying a little longer? I would like to discuss...the bill, for tonight."
[12:46 AM] Amasuro: Ellis nodded, "come, Kazama, let us return to the castle now."
[12:46 AM] REWlego: "Of course."
Leodin nods to Kazama and Ellis one last time.
[12:46 AM] AOMRocks20: Kazama nods, standing up.
[12:46 AM] Amasuro: And the pair left the balcony.
