[1:01 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Shortly after the value had fully concluded and the wounded had all been dealt with, a large portion of the army was celebrating. Food and drink were plentiful, and the rebel chef Logan was cooking hibachi-style for a fair crowd of soldiers.
[2:02 PM] Mika: Vivianna slowly makes her way to the kitchen, still dressed in the medgown as she looks for things to take, like bread and water, when she heads out to what was left of this town. Her bare feet tip-toe through.
[2:06 PM] DiurnalKnight!: The crowd around is thin enough that anyone passing would be able to see Logan at work, pulling off some rather impressive tricks with his knives as he cooks large portions of food for everyone "Alright! Come one come all, I can take you all on! A hot meal for everyone, guaranteed!"
[2:37 PM] Mika: She smiles, that was something new. "Well..I'd like some then." She walks closer to the man.
[3:21 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Ah! You there, you're one of the foreign soldiers, yes? I heard you they were all a great help in the fight, double the rice for you!" He seems rather glad with how the battle went as he cooks the meal, judging by his wide fanged grin and wagging tail(edited)
[3:34 PM] Mika: "Me..a big help..no please save that rice for some of the more wounded." She stares at his tail..it looked very soft.
[3:58 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Nonsense, there's plenty for everyone." He begins putting scoops of rice and vegetables on everyone's plates, as promised the plate in front of Vivi receives a larger portion.
[3:59 PM] Mika: The food smells good but she couldn't eat this much. "Um..d-do you know much about the town we..t-took over?"
[4:00 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Hm? I'm afraid not overly much, I'm not from around here. I came here looking for work, all the way from Nohr if you can believe that."
[4:18 PM] Mika: "...Really..me too! Well..sorta like that."
[4:58 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Oh! You're Nohrian too? Thought I smelled something familiar."
[5:21 PM] Mika: "Mm yep..born and raised there. Us Nohrians can be found in some unexpected places." She laughs.
[5:24 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Ha! Excellent, I'd cook you a nohrian meal if I had the ingredients!"
[5:34 PM] Mika: She nibbled on the food.."Do you mind..if I take some food with me? I want to help those still alive in this town. I'm sure they are not all bad people."
[5:36 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Sure thing! It's your food to do with as you want, and I hate to see folks go hungry."
[5:38 PM] Mika: She smiles. "Thank you!" With that she stands and begins to wrap a few plates up and place them in a basket.
[5:38 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Hold on, want anything more than rice?"
[5:52 PM] Mika: "Bread...water..something sweet."
[5:56 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Hm? I meant meat, it'll fill you up. But I have those things as well."
[6:08 PM] Mika: "Eh..I guess meat too..that was a silly thing to forget."
[6:13 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "No worries." He says with a smile, quickly taking some of the meat cooking on his grill and plating it for her
[6:24 PM] Mika: "I..wonder if I'll find anyone alive.." She looks away saddened.
[6:27 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Well probably, it was a battle not a genocide."
[6:29 PM] Mika: "...You're right but still.." She chews on her lip. "Well..do you think this is enough?"
[6:31 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Well, it should be enough for a good few folks! Thanks for doing this!"
[6:37 PM] Mika: She grins and stands. "D...Could I touch your tail?"
[6:39 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Huh..?" He says, giving her a confused look "My tail? Why'd you want to do that?"
[6:47 PM] Mika: "It looks soft..I-I mean you don't have to ok."
[6:47 PM] DiurnalKnight!: He shrugs "I don't mind, as long as you don't pull it."
[6:51 PM] Mika: She looks shocked at his answer before smiling. "Oh I've always wanted to do this." She moves closer and pets him, letting out a soft squeak. "So soft!"
[6:58 PM] DiurnalKnight!: His tail continues wagging, it is indeed rather soft. It is a bit coarse like a wolf's fur, but soft nevertheless. "Huh, I'll never get why humans love that so much."
[7:00 PM] Mika: "You know..it's silly but when I was a girl..I thought if you could touch a beastkins ears, they would have to marry you."
[7:01 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Some beastkin have such rules, I have heard Kitsune often follow that."
[7:03 PM] Mika: "Oh really..that's..really cute."
[7:03 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Perhaps, but it seems inconvenient. What if you were to just trip in the dark? That could get awkward."(edited)

[7:23 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "No worries, I'm glad to help!"
[7:28 PM] Mika: "I better get going then, I hope we cook together sometime."
[7:34 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Alright, see you around!" This reminds him, his actual cooking assistant was gone. Where had he wandered off to...
[7:36 PM] Mika: Vivi heads out to find a way into town and passes a fox boy who looks up at her with a fish in his mouth. She waves as she passes.
[7:39 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Logan gets back to work on cooking, not noticing the fox yet
[7:41 PM] Mika: Kian munches on the bones now. "I wouldn't mind if you touched my ears Logan"
[7:44 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Hm?" He looks over, then smiles a bit at the fox "Ah, finally here to help. Good!" He reaches out and pets Kian's head
[7:45 PM] Mika: "I'm not a child Logan. Don't pet me.." It did feel nice.
[7:48 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Hm..? I don't think you're a child, I just figured it's a sign of endearment. Plus, you said I could touch your ears." He then gives the fox a quick scratching behind the ears
[7:55 PM] Mika: He blushes. "Well now you gotta marry me."
[7:55 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Huh?" He says, surprised "People still follow that tradition?" He seems unphased, he probably thinks Kian is joking
[8:01 PM] Mika: He frowns. "You jerk! Don't you want to marry your lover."
[8:03 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Well, now he looks a bit embarrassed "Kian, can we perhaps talk about this when we're not cooking food for an army?"(edited)
[8:07 PM] Mika: "Yeah whatever." He scampers off, mad.
[8:07 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Hey! Aren't you going to help?"
[8:13 PM] Mika: No I'm too mad now!"
[8:15 PM] DiurnalKnight!: He sighs, then walks up behind Kian and suddenly scoops him up into a bridal carry "Kian, I'm sorry I made you mad, I'll make you all the sweets you want to make up for it."
[8:19 PM] Mika: He pouts and looks away. "Annd...I can have a kiss?"
[8:23 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "A kiss?" He again looks surprised "Kian, are you serious or just teasing me..?"
[8:24 PM] Mika: "I'm serious! I like you a lot Logan!" He hisses at the man. "I swear, I've been hinting at it the whole time."
[8:31 PM] DiurnalKnight!: He actually looks rather surprised "Huh...? I thought you were joking, after all... I mean, look at me, a wolfskin chef in a rebel army, not exactly a good catch."
[8:42 PM] Mika: "Who has a good heart and makes me feel happy, you're also pretty hot, so it even out."
[8:43 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "I... I'm not really sure what to say. But... I will say that you're not half-bad yourself. I'll think it over, but for now, yes you may have a kiss." He leans down, and- gives him a kiss on the cheek
[8:44 PM] Mika: "You know that's not what I wanted!"
[8:47 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Now now, I'm not the kind to fall for every pretty face that puts up with me so quickly." He teases
[8:48 PM] Mika: He scoffs. "Whatever..I-I don't want to kiss you anyway."
[8:49 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Kian, there's no need to lie. I do like you, I just take things slow."
[8:50 PM] Mika: "..Sure..you are an old man."
[8:51 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "I'm not old, I'v just seen a lot."
[9:00 PM] Mika: "You old but I like that love."
[9:00 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "I'm not old..." He grumbles "Now, want to help me cook?"
[9:02 PM] Mika: "Mmm nope, I just want to eat."
[9:03 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Come on, it's lonely cooking alone."
[9:05 PM] Mika: "...Ok but you'll give me a real kiss after this."
[9:08 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "It's a deal then." He places him back on his feet and begins to lead him back, luckily by some strange twist of fate nothing has burned yet.
[9:12 PM] Mika: And cooking happens~
[9:14 PM] DiurnalKnight!: He gets Kian a rather cute apron and chef's hat as well, and doesn't have him do much other than hand over ingredients, spices, and utensils
[9:32 PM] Mika: He giggles and pokes his tail. "This is fun."
[9:34 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "See? Cooking's great!" He responds as he continues with his hibachi tricks
[9:59 PM] Mika: "I guess, I like eating more."
[10:16 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Well, I'll make you sweets after. And feel free to try some of the food we're cooking."
[10:18 PM] Mika: He starts to nibble on some of the meat. "Mmm!"
[10:27 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Be careful, it's still hot."
[10:30 PM] Mika: He blows on it but doesn't care much about the burning.
[10:33 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Cooking continues, eventually well into the night most of the soldiers have left and he begins to clean up
[10:34 PM] Mika: "Why did we cook so much?"
[10:34 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Hm? Because lots of people were hungry, obviously."
[10:37 PM] Mika: "But everyone was leaving and you still were cooking." He's nice and full now, curled up on table.
[10:41 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "I needed to make dinner for us too now, obviously."
[10:44 PM] Mika: "I'm full though."
[10:47 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "In that case I suppose I'll have to eat the sweets myself." He teases
[10:48 PM] Mika: "Wait! I still can eat.."
[10:54 PM] DiurnalKnight!: He grins "I thought you might say that."
[10:56 PM] Mika: "Well..just for the sweets." He laughs
[10:57 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Alright, I have some pies, they should be done soon."
[11:02 PM] Mika: "Mmm..I'm sleepy now too, tea and pie."
[11:07 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Alright, I should be able to brew some tea pretty quick."
[11:08 PM] Mika: He yawns. "Can we share the bed together tonight."
[11:08 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Now... That seems a bit fast, don't you think?"
[11:10 PM] Mika: "Not like that! I mean..unless you want us too." He blows him a kiss.
[11:13 PM] DiurnalKnight!: He is surprised at how forward Kian is about the subject "You warm up fast. It's a flattering offer, but it seems premature."
[11:16 PM] Mika: "Premature?"
[11:16 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "We've barely known each other a day, Kian."
[11:17 PM] Mika: "Mm yeah I guess but I like you well enough."
[11:17 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "In that case, it might happen in the future. Just not tonight."
[11:19 PM] Mika: He tsk his tongue. "I can wait but only because I like you."
[11:19 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "You're too impatient. Trying going with the flow more."
[11:23 PM] Mika: He pouts. "This is how it is in the forest."
[11:23 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Really? I hear life out of the city is more relaxed."
[11:23 PM] Mika: "Well yeah we do what we what whenever we want."
[11:28 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Well, in the city it's expected to show some restraint."
[11:28 PM] Mika: "Dumb."
[11:34 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Not dumb, those rules stop people from killing each other too."
[11:35 PM] Mika: Kian just twitches his ears. "We'll we live in the city?"
[11:35 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Hm? Well, for the moment I'm just following the army. People need feeding, I aim to help with that."
[11:37 PM] Mika: "After this war then?"
[11:39 PM] DiurnalKnight!: He shrugs "I'll find someone else who needs help and a meal."
[11:40 PM] Mika: "You won't settle anywhere?"
[11:42 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "I might, if I find a place that needs me."
[11:44 PM] Mika: "I wonder if I'll be with you then..iis the pie ready?"
[11:44 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Yep, one moment-" He takes two small pies off of a cooling rack, they seem to be mixed berry pies
[11:46 PM] Mika: "Yum! Cut me a slice Logan."
[11:47 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "They're pretty small, you can probably eat one of them on your own."
[11:53 PM] Mika: "Ohhh!" He shoves one down his throat. "MM!"
[11:54 PM] DiurnalKnight!: It's rather good, though hot "Careful!"
[12:21 AM] Mika: He sticks out his tongue and whines.
[12:22 AM] DiurnalKnight!: He sighs and pours a cup of cool milk and a cup of tea "Here you go, these should help wash it down."
[12:26 AM] Mika: He sips it down and smiles. "Now I am really tired."
[12:27 AM] DiurnalKnight!: "Alright, let's head back to my tent."
[12:27 AM] DiurnalKnight!: He puts the last of his utensils and dishes away to be washed in the morning and heads to the tent
[12:29 AM] Mika: He follows, yawning, linking their hands.
[12:31 AM] DiurnalKnight!: He didn't expect that, but he allows it. Once they get to the tent he gets into his bedroll, still wearing his pants "Anything else you need before we sleep?"
[12:36 AM] Mika: "Nope! Just wanna sleep and cuddle." He lays down and grins. "Night Logan."(edited)
