[Kogo2] Transformed and Enraged Akira

Featuring:  Akira, Kotori, Kogoro
Akira and his pegasus Kaguya suit up for a battle in the stables, and the two share something almost like a conversation before riding off to the beach to fight Kotori. They dodge a spell like sword blades, and Akira is forced off his mount as they land unharmed. Kotori appears, mocks her foe, and sends the "perfect soldier" Kogoro to duel with Akira, but is overpowered by the soldier's might and Kotori's influence, blacks out, and is captured. As Kotori prepares to kill Kaguya, Akira's arm takes on a demonic form, breaks his restraints, and burns Kotori. He fights off her wolves and kills their riders, but is stopped by Kogoro before he can finish off Kotori. Though he nearly loses again, Akira blasts Kogoro with fire, kills him, then battles a wounded Kotori directly before stabbing her.

[5:07 PM] Psychic Loser: Once again it was time. Much like in Khlin Akira, prepared himself as the general bustle and energy died down in accordance with the setting sun. Kaguya sat in the stable readied and saddled as Akira armed himself. Plate armor rested itself upon the Pegasus rider's chest, shoulders adorned with polished steel. It was all unfamiliar weight and in Akira's mind a bit overdoing it, but it would serve its purpose for this night. Of course Kaguya wasn't without her own armor either. Gilded armor now adorned the Pegasus' body, helmet and all. Wrapping his red scarf around his neck, Akira let out a sigh. "Please, don't let this fight be my last." A shiver went down the man's spine as he thought of what might happen if Kotori and her forces were to kill him. He stopped himself. He couldn't let that dampen his spirit. People were rooting for him. He can't fall now. He soon rejoined Kaguya in the stable. "Are you ready girl?" he asked. Kaguya snorted in response as if to say: Ready as I'll ever be. The rider patted his companion on the head as he mounted. "Same here," he answered back. "If we die, I just want to say, you were the best horse I ever worked with." Kaguya looked back at him as if to say: Gods don't be such a downer. We can do this. Akira let out a sigh. "I just thought you'd want to know that." The Pegasus nodded back a: Thank you. The rider brought his Naginata closer to his body. "Let's ride, Kaguya."
[5:28 PM] Psychic Loser: Unlike the pair's last ride into the night, they made no effort to conceal their departure. Kaguya glided through the sea-colored night sky with ease despite the sudden increased weight. They knew that Kotori and her creatures were waiting, watching. So, why bother hiding. However, Akira never expected what was going to come next. As the rider flew over a patch of forest, a blue flash jumped up from below them, causing the armored rider to make a sharp turn in an attempt to dodge it. Akira could have sworn he saw to sword blades narrowly miss Kaguya's right wing as the plummeted westward, into a clearing. Wind rushing into his face like never before, Akira tugged tightly on Kaguya's reigns to ease the stop, hoping for a easy landing. This however was not the case. As the pair reached the ground, Kaguya buckled under the force and weight, forcing Akira to make a quick roll off of the Pegasus so he wouldn't be pinned down. He rolled into the dirt mostly unscathed, save for a few scratches. Glancing over to his left, Kaguya seemed fine as well.
[5:51 PM] Psychic Loser: "Thank god," Akira said to himself, spitting out a wad of dirt. "That was close." Kaguya neighed in responce, seemingly in agreement. Lifting himself off of the ground, the dismounted rider could see groups of blue lights circling him and Kaguya. "Shit." As was normally the case several of Kotori's wolf riders emerged from the darkness, sizing up the two. They were accompanied by the voice of the young bio-witch, Kotori. "I was wondering when you would arrive. I was starting to debate if I should just invade the city or not." "Shut it!" Akira barked back. "Oh, my. That's no way to address your superior, Mikado. You could stand to learn a thing or two from my troops." As if on queue, the other bio-soldier Akira had seen a few days prior, Kogoro jumped in front of him from the tree tops. Picking his Naginata up, Akira moved into a combat stance. With a sudden clapping sound Kogoro drew a pair of twin swords. With a flash they struck down for Akira's head. Raising his Naginata the Pegasus rider quickly parried the duel blows before being knocked down with a kick from the bio-soldier. The rider fell like a sack of potatoes, winded from the sheer force of the kick. Helping himself back up with his Naginata, Akira moved in for a strike, only to be blocked by the pair of swords.
[6:10 PM] Psychic Loser: The rider let out an exasperated sigh. "What?" Kotori chuckled from behind the shadows. "This is my vision. The perfect soldier. You could have been a part of this, Mikado." "And be your slave! I don't think so!" Akira shouted back, rushing toward Kogoro. However the soldier wouldn't budge and Akira was forced back to the ground with a shove. On the ground now, Akira scurried about as Kogoro followed up his push with a flurry of sword strikes, each one getting progressively faster. Finally, as Akira neared a tree, he found an opening at stabbed at the bio-soldier square in the chest. Florescent, blue blood trailed down Akira's Naginata. Helping himself up, Akira dug the blade farther, only to notice his own left arm beginning to feel numb. It was no surprise to the rider that Kotori would cheat, so he pulled out the blade with his other arm. Free from the blade of the Naginata, Kotori's creation struck back with a wild sword thrust. Akira felt the blade impact his chest, and let out a sigh of relief, thankful that he hadn't just gotten impaled.(edited)
[6:26 PM] Psychic Loser: Akira went in for a charge, swiping his Naginata as fast as he could with his free hand. However, as he was about to make the strike Akira found himself disarmed and felt one of Kogoro's blades dig into his side. The rider yelled in agony as he was swept away from the bio-soldier's blade with a gust of wind and collapsed when he hit the trunk of a tree with great force. Now dazed, the Pegasus rider looked over to Kaguya for help, only to notice a pair of archers had their sights on her. Akira began to feel sleepy as Kogoro approached him. Kotori was trying to gain control of Akira's arm and he knew it. Everything around the rider began to feel cold. He senses felt dull and his vision blurry. As Kotori's creation picked him up by the collar, everything in the rider's vision went black.
[6:30 PM] Psychic Loser: Within his blind state, Akira knew he wasn't dead yet. He could still feel his heartbeat. This blindness...This unfeeling state was clearly all Kotori's influence. Mentally, Akira screamed for control. He needed it back he couldn't die here. He also couldn't die by Kotori's hand.(edited)
[7:08 PM] Psychic Loser: Akira fought, within his own locked-up head for what felt like hours. Constantly he struggled to find a way to escape his own mind despite not feeling a single muscle. This must have been how Kotori's soldiers felt before they finally succumbed to her will. However, Akira wouldn't have that fate. He couldn't have it. He continued to struggle until he felt her influence slip. Was he really free? ========= Outside of Akira's mind, Kotori looked over a bound up Akira and Kaguya being escorted by her troops. Both of them were due back to her lab for one final test. A test that Kotori was certain would kill both Pegasus and rider. The bio-witch cracked a wide smile. This would be the end of that pesky defector. With him out of her hair she was certain to take back Khlin from those blasted rebels. It didn't matter that her resources were already stretched as thin as they are. She would take back Khlin for the glory of her clan. As they reached the shore of the Concordia, Kotori went from devilish smile to maniacal laughter. "Finally! My work is back where it belongs." She turned to Akira's unmoving body. "Shame you can't watch as I rip you to shreds," She shrugged. "But if I let you out of my control for even a second, that could prove to be fatal." Kaguya struggled against her restraints, neighing in protest. "Quiet, you waste of a soul." The bio-witch shook her head. "I think I'll kill you first. I'll enj-" She stopped herself mid-sentence. Looking over at Akira, she could see her work on the man's arm glowing, transforming. It shifted to its demonic form, armor and binds flying and popping of due to the transformation.(edited)
[7:33 PM] Psychic Loser: Soon a blue light darted toward the witch, grabbing her. Akira had broken from his mental shackles and now he was out for a fight. His transformed arm moved over to one half of Kotori's face and ignited into an intense flame. Hurt and enraged Kotori blasted the man away from her with strong torrents of air. Flying into the shallows, the rider caught himself by digging his fingers into the sand. "This is the end," said the sky knight. With a bark of a single command, "Attack!" Kotori's wolf forces swarmed him. However, they were no match for a transformed and enraged Akira. Each approaching wolf rider was met by punches and strikes of all kinds. The last wolf was mounted by a rider with a Naginata. Pouncing on the wolf rider, Akira twisted the Naginata out of his hands and decapitated him. Despite the fact that all of her riders were now dead, Kotori seemed unphased. Akira made a mad dash toward the witch, but was stopped by an unexpected sword strike that sent him flying. This time the blade landed against his one remaining pauldron. Kogoro stepped forward.
[7:51 PM] Psychic Loser: Akira readied his Naginata. Kotori's bio-soldier still had the stab wound form earlier. Both fighters charged toward each other. Using the enhanced strength of his transformed arm, Akira lanced his Naginata back through the earlier gash and sliding it upward. However, the blade was stopped by hard bone. Kogoro fought back by slicing at Akira's back and pushing him down into the sand with a wind magic. At this time, Akira began feeling the blood loss. He tried picking himself back up, but he couldn't stop shaking and he felt dizzy. Kogoro landed a solid boot to the back of the sky knight's head, sending sand into the many cuts on Akira's face. Now lacking in strength, Akira's arm returned to normal. Kogoro then stepped onto the small of the sky knight's back, making cough blood. Despite all this pain, Akira manged to say the ever so graceful phrase: "Damn it."(edited)
[8:07 PM] Psychic Loser: Kotori, holding the now burned half of her face walked up to the pinned rider. "So..." "So what?" Akira answered back. "How does it feel to die by my hand, Akira?" Akira didn't respond. Instead he mustered all his remaining strength and forced it into his left arm, forcing one last spell out. He managed to summon a quick, unimpressive bout of flame, Just enough to force Kogoro off of him. Stumbling about Akira picked a sword off of the ground and lobs its blade into Kogoro's throat. The bio-soldier's body then slowly hit the sands.(edited)
[8:44 PM] Psychic Loser: "Kotori," Akira said in a coarse voice, "give it up." "You're in no position to speak to me, peasant!" She shouted hobbling away from the sky knight. It was clear to Akira that he blinded the right side of her face. "Even after all of this you're still going to fight?" She threw a fireball, missing Akira entirely. "I'll kill you! I can't lose! I never lose! Bow before me!" Akira shook his head and picked up one of the swords Kogoro wielded. The bio-witch threw another spell and missed again. Akira slowly walked forward, dodging any spells that came close to hitting him. Once he got in range of Kotori, he knocked her to the ground. "Don't do this." Kotori rambled on like the true madwoman she was. "No, no, no, no, no, no, no! I won't lose. I won't die. No." Slowly, Akira raised the blade and brought it down, bringing the blade partially into Kotori's side. "You know what to do. I'll let you to finish the deed."(edited)
