She seemed to be recovering well, but Yavae was in no mood to celebrate, no matter how glad that makes her. She hadn't spoken or moved since she and Kaija were brought to the room, she wanted to just sit with her thoughts. They had even taken her mask...
[7:43 PM] crab slambopoulis: Kaija, still unconscious, writhes around in her sleep, clearly affected by the lack of anything in her system
[7:46 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Yavae knew she had nothing to help her, and resigns to continue watching over her. She hadn't slept in a while, but that could wait.
[7:48 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: Suddenly the door opened, And a shadow was kicked into the room, the shadow was quickly recognised, The dragon girl. Milth didn't look fine at all, rather she was crying, whoever threw her in mubled something and closed the door
[7:49 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Yav's eyes snap to attention, examining the newcomer, but her body remains curled up "Milth. They caught you as well?"(edited)
[7:53 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: Milth imediatly turned her head towards Yavae, and ran towards her, Hugging her "Y-YAVAE!! snif T-they are evil, snif " inbetwen each word there were tears, poor thing
[7:55 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Yavae was surprised by the sudden tacklehug, her arms jerking back out of reflex, but she luckily stops her reflexes before they smack the girl across the room. Instead, she somewhat awkwardly puts her arms around the small girl "Um... I know. But at least you are alive."
[7:55 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Her usual boisterous tone is not to be found
[8:02 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: "Y-Yavae?" she stopped crying, or at least tried to "D-did they do anyhting to you?!?" the worry of her face is only matched by her tears
[8:03 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "They captured me." She answers vaguely, avoiding looking the dragon in the eyes
[8:05 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: "a-are you okay, did they hurt you?!" she tries to check Yavaes arms, but, you know, crying kinda makes it really hard
[8:05 PM] DiurnalKnight!: There are a few wounds, no more than Yav usually has after a battle. Kaija, however, is still passed out on the floor

[8:07 PM] crab slambopoulis: She looks the opposite of okay, sweating and groaning and writhing in pain on the floor of the cell
[8:07 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Her wounds are doing fine, but she's suffering withdrawal. She must have not had anything before the battle..."
[8:13 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: "I-is there anyth-...." she stopped talking, of course she can't do anything, they took most of her belongings aside from her clothes, even her cape
[8:14 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "I'll... I'll do whatever I can for her. Even when it's not much..."

[8:18 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: Milth sat in a corner near Yavae "why did this happen?!" still crying, covering her face

[8:19 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: Great, that didn't help, she started to cry harder, if thats possible

[8:20 PM] crab slambopoulis: Kaija's muscles all tense at once, then she falls relaxed and motionless
[8:20 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Yav scoots closer, looking worried, and listens to make sure Kaija is still breathing

[8:22 PM] DiurnalKnight!: She sighs in relief, and continues watching over her. She knew there was a good chance she would wake up as Kai, meaning she'd have to restrain her

[8:23 PM] crab slambopoulis: "Trying.. trying not to let her.."
[8:24 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "I see. Are you in pain?" For likely the first time in a long while, Kaija would recognize that Yavae's tone is... somber.
[8:24 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: Add in a little mix of confusion to the cocktail of emotions that Milth took a little ago, hooray, she is even more scared now

[8:25 PM] crab slambopoulis: "A lot."
[8:26 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Yav gently picks up Kaija and pulls the smaller girl onto her lap, holding her "I don't think I can help, but... I can stop her from hurting you. Kaija... I'm glad you're alive."

Kaija was heavily wounded in the battle, and now is suffering from withdrawal. It's rather painful for her.*

[8:35 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Yes, Kaija takes drugs." She answers, her tone slightly annoyed. With all that had happened, someone's shrill voice complaining about her friend's pastimes was the last thing she needed.

[9:28 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Kaija... Don't be sorry, just..." She sighs, taking a few moments to compose herself "Kaija, when you fell in the battle, I carried you through the rest of the battle. I was sure to keep you away from enemies, and didn't let you out of my sight. But... Eventually, I was cut off from the rest of our army. I was cornered, faced with impossible odds. Had I been alone, I would have died with honor, but..." Tears well up in her eyes "I didn't want.... I didn't want you to die in the mud, alone, unconscious... I couldn't leave you. So... I.... I surrendered..." She says the last word quietly, feeling her stomach turn at the memory
[9:29 PM] crab slambopoulis: There's a very long silence from Kaija
[9:29 PM] crab slambopoulis: "I knew that I'd only bring trouble"
[9:31 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "No. This is my fault, and my fault alone. I cannot lead, it is better for me to die here than to return to my home and taint it with my failures."
[9:31 PM] crab slambopoulis: "And if you weren't dragging around my dead weight you never would have failed"
[9:32 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: "Can you...stop?" Funnily, nobody heard her, she was too quiet to be heard
[9:33 PM] DiurnalKnight!: She does stop, looking to Milth. Her eyes look tired, but at least the tears seem to have subsided
[9:36 PM] crab slambopoulis: "I didn't want to drag you down.."
[9:39 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Kaija... You are my friend. I will never be ashamed of that. My actions are my own failings, I would never blame you for them." Her tone has become calmer, her voice quieter
[9:45 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: Milth returned quietly to her corner of the room mumbling something like "I do not understand"
[9:46 PM] DiurnalKnight!: She looks over at the girl again "...Milth, I apologize for that outburst."
[9:48 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: "I simply do not understand why you humans have to fight"
[9:48 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "As I said, it's not because we are human. It's because we are people."
[9:51 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: "and what is the difference? Humans are people, the same as those guards who tried to beat me up while i ran away from them"

[10:06 PM] DiurnalKnight!: She expects that Kai will awaken soon, and tightens her grip a bit

[10:09 PM] Salt Overlord Raptor: "....alright" she covered her head again, seems she won't be talking to anyone for a while

[10:15 PM] DiurnalKnight!: If Milth didn't want to talk, she wouldn't make her. She simply held onto Kaija, partially for comfort and partially to stop her from hurting herself when she awakens as Kai
