[1:30 PM] Abyssal John John: "Angard! Angard! Angaaaard!" Like a mad man the noble scoured the ruins of the Prison trying to find his Wyvern. As soon as they had escaped from that hellish death trap Jean quickly separated from everyone else not caring about what Ellis had to speak about. All he cared about was Angard's safety and making sure she was okay.
"Angard! Angard please Angard!" Dark thoughts rushed through the young man's head thoughts he didn't want to think about but kept coming to him anyway.
Please please Gods just let Angard be safe that's all I ask. I can't...I...
[1:44 PM] Abyssal John John: Just as the man's mind was about to tell him to give up he heard a familiar and soothing shriek.
"Angard! Angard !!!" Jean ran as he followed the cries of his Wyvern. Eventually he was lead to a large cell not unlike the one he himself was in only a few hours ago. He already heard his Wyvern banging against the door with all of her might to no avail.
"Angard! Stand back! I'm coming!" Grabbing his Adamant Club the man started to beat on the steel door and eventually with all the strength he could muster he broke down the door throwing the club to the wayside when he saw his black Wyvern yet again.
[2:02 PM] Abyssal John John: Jean was overcome with happiness and relief upon seeing Angard once again. Tears freely flowed from the man's face.
"Aaaah...Ang...Angard." The young man dropped his club to the wayside as he rushed up to his Wyvern giving her a loving hug.
"Oh my beautiful, perfect Angard. I'm so..I'm so happy that you're still....." The man could barely continue to speak as he was so overcome with joy. Angard returned his joy as she wrapped Jean in her wings and lovingly nudged the man.
"If anything had happened to you I...I...." The Wyvern silenced her master with a soft shriek as she continued to nudge him.
"I'm just...I'm just so happy that nothing happened to you...." The two spent some more time in their embrace as if they haven't seen each other in decades.
[2:34 PM] Abyssal John John: Soon after the two were done with their embrace, Jean began to check on Angard's condition. She still had the old wounds from the battle before and Genelogia and new ones which she no doubt received from beating on the door.
"I'm going to need to get you those wounds checked out. Can you stand Angard?" The Wyvern nodded as she slowly rose up. Jean gave Angard a downcast look.
"I'm sorry for dragging you into this mess Angard. You're the most important thing in my life and yet I failed to protect you when you needed me the most." The Wyvern just nudged Jean's cheek as she softly cooed. Jean smiled.
"I guess it doesn't bother you any. Come on, let's get you fixed up and then I can make you a nice cup of tea and give you a nice chunk of meat." Angard let out a happy shriek as she and Jean left the horrible cell.

[6:01 PM] Abyssal John John: Sitting outside of Fort Ikkigane, Jean was sitting beside Angard as he read through a book. While he was in the prison he realized he hadn't read anything in a while so he decided to open up one of the books he still had around. He looked at the rebels coming in and out of the fort slightly surprised by their fiery attitude after the destruction of the prison.
Though that doesn't matter to me. I'm just happy to have Angard back.
[6:08 PM] Psychic Loser: Soon enough, a rebel soldier, a man mounted a Pegasus, came walking out of the fort gates. He looked up to the sky, "Say Kaguya, you ready for a quick walk." And soon the mounted warrior came to a quick sprint in the field outside of the fort.
[6:10 PM] Abyssal John John: Jean hearing the stomping of hooves closed his book thinking it Shimi looking to the direction of the sound he saw the pure white pegasus and the young man. Jean called out to him.
"Hello there! That's a fine pegasus you have there."
[6:20 PM] Psychic Loser: The man brought his mount to a halt upon seeing Jean and his own animal companion come into view. He smiled, a look of nostalgia crept across his face.
"Greetings, sir. You...also." He seemed to fumble with his words. "What would a man like you," He gestured toward Jean's Wyvern "be doing here?"
[6:25 PM] Abyssal John John: Jean yawned.
"I'm part of Queen Ellis's forces to help take down Intetsu. I'm Jean L. Asmodeus at your service. And the my wonderful Wyvern here is Angard." Jean inspected the young man for a while.
"I'm guessing you're one of the Khlinese Rebels huh? I haven't seen any with a mount so far...."
[6:36 PM] Psychic Loser: "Ah." The man's guard seem to relax, "So you're one of our allied forces."
Akira adjusted himself on his saddle, Doing his best to conceal his left hand. "Well, If we're working with each other, I see no harm in giving my name. I'm Akira. And this fine lady here," He gestured to his mount, "is Kaguya. She's also a dear friend of mine."
[6:43 PM] Abyssal John John: Jean nodded.
"She is quite beautiful. I can tell that you take fine care of her." Jean went up to Kaguya to get a closer look.
"Would it be alright if I touched her? Or would that be a problem?"
[6:53 PM] Psychic Loser: Akira patted Kaguya on the head, "I see no problem with it, if you let me say hello to your Wyvern friend. I've never seen one before. I've only ever manged a stable. And be gentle with her."
Akira unmounted, grabbing his lance, "Be good girl. He's going to help us."
[7:08 PM] Abyssal John John: Jean looked to Angard.
"Would you be alright with that sweetheart?" Angard only nodded as the Wyvern slowly walked towards Akira. Jean smiled.
"Well seems like Angard is fine with it." Jean slowly put a hand onto Kaguya's muzzle. It clearly felt different from when he would pet Angard. It felt really strange.
"I must ask where did you find yourself such a fine Pegasus?"
[7:13 PM] Psychic Loser: Akira looked back at Jean while touching the dragon's rough scales.
"I rescued her." Akira said looking down. He hesitated, sighed and continued, "I'm sure you know the ruling class can be cruel in this land."(edited)
[7:19 PM] Abyssal John John: Jean nodded.
"I do indeed. I've witnessed their cruelty first hand." Jean flashed back to the images of the tank that ravaged Kranhai or the hellish Prison they were in.
"Well I'm glad that Kaguya has you now. It seems she has recovered quite nicely."
[7:33 PM] Psychic Loser: "It took a few years, but she's recovered well. Your Wyvern seems happy with you." Akira walked back over to Jean and Kaguya.
Petting Kaguya's mane, he thought back to that day. The rain. The blood. The trees.
"I feel I can trust you. Your Wyvern seems happy. Welcome to this, honestly insane, war. Although, looking at you, I'm sure you're already familiar with it."
[7:39 PM] Abyssal John John: Jean combed through his blonde hair.
"I would hope that she trust me. We've known each other for a long 15 years after all!" Angard proudly snorted in agreement.
"And its not just this insane war, it's like this whole continent has gone mad." Jean let out a heavy sigh.
"I just hope everything will come to an end sooner or later. All of these strange monsters, strange machines and torture prisons are starting to really wear me down."
[7:58 PM] Psychic Loser: Akira did likewise, brushing the hair out of his face with his hands.
"I honestly feel like I'm in way over my head. I just want to see the world have at least one day of peace. The flames, the armies. I really don't think this rebellion is going to end it all but, it has to be better than what I've lived through." He wondered if he should have said that.
[8:04 PM] Abyssal John John: Jean nodded.
"I'm guessing that you must have had a hard life then Akira. I'm sorry for that, I truly am. We can only hope we can end this rebellion soon and make Khlin a better place right?"
[8:07 PM] Psychic Loser: Akira returned the gesture.
"I sure hope so. No person deserves this corrupt government."(edited)
[8:16 PM] Abyssal John John: "Not at all and it seems Princess Ellis agrees and after seeing what Khlin has in these past few days I couldn't agree more." Jean suddenly put an arm around the man's shoulders as a grin spread across the Valin's man face.
"But now on to the important questions Akira let us speak man to man. Are there any dashing women among the rebels here?"
[8:20 PM] Psychic Loser: Akira shrugged, "I'm sure there are. Depends on your taste. Watch your step though. The last thing I want to do is find a friend in the infirmary."
[8:25 PM] Abyssal John John: Jean shrugged.
"How saddening. You could be surrounded by dozens of beautiful maidens and you don't even seem to notice! Truly you're not living life to its fullest dear Akira!" Jean just sighed as he mounted his loyal Wyvern.
"I have the feeling that we will meet again Akira. It was nice to meet you but for now I must say so long! The call of woman beckons me to their side!" Angard quickly flew into the skies as the black Wyvern and her rider disappeared into the horizon.
[8:34 PM] Psychic Loser: Akira bowed in Jean's direction as he rode off. He heard a horn in the distance.
"I guess that is our signal. Come on Kaguya!"
Akira remounted Kaguya and galloped back to the fort.
