[3:38 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Some time after the fighting, and after all but the north ward have been cleared, a small and currently haggard-looking girl makes her way back to the castle's smithy. "Bleh... This has been terrible... I just want to get back to-" She opens the door, revealing the absolutely trashed inside of the smithy. She is silent for a few seconds before letting out a loud scream
[4:22 PM] AOMidori20: The burly, mustached man on also on his way to the smithy jumped, a bit shocked. He began running, recalling the owner of the scream. "Regie?!"(edited)
[4:22 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Th-th-th-" She is stuttering and quaking as she tries to clean up the massive mess
[4:23 PM] AOMidori20: Eventually, he makes his way through the doorway, looking over the mess. "What in the seven bleedin' 'ells happened here...?"
[4:24 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Th-th-the attack sir... Someone must have fought in here..." She opens a drawer, revealing a large amount of ripped-up paper "M-my scrolls!!"
[4:25 PM] AOMidori20: "Aw, what's that...?" He lumbers over to the drawer. "Ach. Gods, they're all torn up, aren't they?"
[4:26 PM] DiurnalKnight!: She slumps down into a chair "This is awful..."
[4:27 PM] AOMidori20: He sighs. "It sure is... if all your papers're shredded, I can only imagine what happened to my tools..."
[4:28 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Um... I think they stole some of the weapons we were working on too, since there's none on the racks..." She drops her head onto her desk and sighs
[4:29 PM] AOMidori20: The smith looks over the racks, kicking one. "Bloody...!"
[4:30 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "All that work is loooost..." She lightly bangs her head off the desk a few times
[4:31 PM] AOMidori20: "For nothin'..." He sighs, shaking his hands. "Alright, then. No use cryin' over spilled milk, is there, Reg?"
[4:32 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "D-d-do we at least have materials still...?" She starts rooting through the cupboards, there's a lot of spilled ink and ripped paper
[4:32 PM] AOMidori20: "Probably. Maybe not. We may as well start cleanin' this place up, right?"
[4:33 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Oh! Wait!" She suddenly looks hopeful, pulls her arms into her sleeves, and starts rooting around in her robe's many pockets
[4:34 PM] DiurnalKnight!: She pulls out a vial of ink, a few pieces of paper, and a quill, and practically squees with happiness "My backups!"
[4:36 PM] AOMidori20: He smiles. "Well, least we got that..."
[4:36 PM] AOMidori20: "Come on. You can help clear up this mess, yeah?"
[4:37 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Y-ya..." She seems slightly less down as she gets back to cleaning, but is still shaking
[4:38 PM] AOMidori20: "That's the spirit!" He claps the girl on the back, then begins to get to work cleaning out the enormous mess.
[4:38 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Eep!" Being clapped on the back scared her quite a bit
[4:39 PM] AOMidori20: "Come on, now, don't have too much of an 'eart attack."
[4:40 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Y-y-yes..." Back to cleaning, still spooked
[5:02 PM] Nessbrawl: Jean was walking around the East ward with Angard who he had taken out of the stables trying his best to figure out the huge Tesamaaru Castle.
"Jeez this place is way too huge....And I thought our mansion was overly big." Jean walked around until he found the Forge.
"Hmm I think I should probably check out that forge. I may need to use their services in the future. Angard stay out here." Jean walked inside and was surprised by the mess that he was greeted with. Cleaning the mess was a small petite little girl and a burly mustached man. Jean went up to the woman.
"Hello there my sweet little rose! Should one like yourself really have to dirty your hands with these mundane cleaning duties? How about I do it instead while you get the rest you so clearly deserve."(edited)
[5:03 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Eep!" She backs off with almost frightening speed and mumbles something too quiet to hear, pulling her hat down over her eyes(edited)
[5:03 PM] AOMidori20: The smith turned around, folding his arms. "Oi. Shop's closed. "
[5:05 PM] Nessbrawl: Jean laughed. "Oh that's more or less obvious my good sir. I was just asking this pure and sweet maiden here if I should clean in her place. But if she wants to continue I still do want to help and do my part. 3 workers are better then 2 right?" Jean pushed back his blonde hair.
[5:05 PM] DiurnalKnight!: She is shaking and holding her hat down over her face
[5:06 PM] AOMidori20: "...who are you?" He scowls, walking in front of the girl.
[5:08 PM] Nessbrawl: "Oh me my good sir? My name is Jean Ludwig Asmodeus from Gennuir. I'm one of the soldiers that helped defend South Ward. It's a pleasure to meet you uuuuuh..." Jean sighed. "Could you please tell me your names?"(edited)
[5:10 PM] AOMidori20: He extends a rough hand. "Abner. I'm the smithy 'ere." He nods back. "The hat on the body there's Regie. She don't talk much near strangers. Don't other her about it."
[5:13 PM] Nessbrawl: Jean accepts the handshake from Abner and returns it. "Ah it's good to meet you then Abner. And you said the girl is Regie? It's nice to meet you my lady." Jean bowed to her. "And don't worry if i bothers her I'll try to keep our contact to a minimal. But that doesn't change my offer. You could use my help so you can open up the forge sooner then later. I've already heard some of my allies talking about using your services."
[5:32 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "Th-th-th-thanks...." She mumbles, barely audible
[5:33 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "F-for the help I mean! Not the c-c-compliments! I mean, th-those were fine too but... u-um..." She decides to just shut up
[5:33 PM] AOMidori20: "Well, I'll take any 'elp I can get. Quite a mess 'ere."
[6:09 PM] Nessbrawl: Jean laughed. The girl was very sweet at least. Jean started to help around. "So I see the battles took a toll on this place huh? I'm too not surprised. I've never seen such fierce fighting in my life. I won't lie I was a little bit scared when I had to fight those things. But I had to keep a brave face and keep fighting so others could have some peace and quiet. I'm going to guess you two held out underground?"
[6:13 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "I-I-I hid in the lady's room..."
[6:20 PM] AOMidori20: "After a few minutes of lookin' for Reg 'ere, I took the liberty of evacuating myself."
[6:21 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "S-sorry..."
[6:22 PM] AOMidori20: "Ain't your fault. You 'ad reason to hide there, what with all the noise." He chuckles.
[6:28 PM] Nessbrawl: Jean laughed. "Well at least the two are safe. I was in a slightly more awkward position when it all started. I was at a friend's house when all of this started. After helping others evacuate something in my head told me to come back and help fight the invaders off. It makes me happy to help others and make sure that everyone is okay," Jean continued cleaning up the smithy.
[6:30 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Regie helps, trying to stay generally away from Jean as she cleans
[6:30 PM] AOMidori20: "That right?" Abner moves to assist him as well. "You sound like you're a capable lad."
[6:46 PM] Nessbrawl: "Hmph. From where I started I had to become capable. Unfortunately many of us nobles are known to be more bark then bite." Jean paused for a second remembering the words of the girl that he meet in that dark alleyway. "So I had to train and better myself so I could help more people and become more capable. Even now there are things I can't do yet that I must be able too. So that's why everyday... I continue to get stronger and stronger!" Jean puffed his chest and smiled.
[6:47 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "He talks so much... Why is he here anyway? Is he trying to be impressive...? Why...? She thinks as she keeps cleaning. As she does so she zones out and stops paying attention to where she's going
[6:51 PM] AOMidori20: "Hrmph. You're a soldier, then?"
[6:54 PM] Nessbrawl: "Well I was more of a traveling Mercenary but I guess I'm technically a soldier here now. At least until this all gets sorted out. I don't have a problem with being stuck here though. This place has a much more friendly air then Gennuir does. A more honest air to it."(edited)
[6:55 PM] AOMidori20: "Gennuir? Where's that?"
[6:55 PM] DiurnalKnight!: As she cleans, not paying attention, she steps on a piece of ripped paper and suddenly trips, she's falling! "WHA-?!"
[6:55 PM] AOMidori20: Abner turns quickly. "Reg?!"
[6:58 PM] Nessbrawl: Jean also turned around to see Regie falling down. Without a second thought he runs to the girl and catches her. "Are you okay? You're not hurt anywhere right?"
[6:59 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Upon seeing who caught her, she lets out an embarrassed indecipherable slur of noise that was probably meant to be an answer
[7:01 PM] AOMidori20: Abner nods, grabbing Regie's shoulder and pushing her back to her feet. "Nice catch. You're a quick one."
[7:04 PM] DiurnalKnight!: She seems barely able to stand out of embarrassment, pulling her hat over her face again
[7:05 PM] AOMidori20: "Right, then! Regie, you should probably get cleanin' up whatever it was that made you trip down in the first place."
[7:07 PM] DiurnalKnight!: "R-right-" She bends down to pick it up, bumps her head into Jean's chest on accident, lets out a surprised "Eep!" And then suddenly disappears into a burst of bubbles
[7:08 PM] AOMidori20: Abner sighs. "There she goes..."
[7:09 PM] Nessbrawl: Jean stood there flabbergasted. A girl just disappeared in front of his eyes. "Abner. There was a girl there a second ago. What happened to the girl?"
[7:10 PM] AOMidori20: "'s obvious, isn't it? She just became a rather nice bubble bath."
[7:12 PM] Nessbrawl: "Seriously Abner. I want an explanation to what just happened. I mean I'm not scared or anything but....people don't explode into bubbles everyday you know."
[7:13 PM] AOMidori20: "Y'ain't never seen a Witch, have you, Ludwig?"
[7:15 PM] Nessbrawl: Witch? Jean was familiar with the term but he's never actually seen one in the flesh. "She's a witch you say? I've never seen one before. I'm going to guess that was their warping technique I've heard of..."
[7:18 PM] AOMidori20: "Yeah, that's it. She's probably havin' an 'eart attack next to some fella who ain't got a clue what she's doin' there."
[7:22 PM] Nessbrawl: "Ah. Is that so." Jean laughed at the thought of that. Just this random girl popping up next to you out of the blue. "Well then should we get back to cleaning then. Heck we may be able to finish it off before she even gets back from wherever she is!"
[7:24 PM] AOMidori20: "Oh, I wouldn't say that. If the two of us get to work now, it should be done in a good half an hour!"
[7:32 PM] Nessbrawl: Jean laughed again. "Alright then a have a good half an hour to help you out. This place will be shinier then even the throne room when we're done with it!" Reinvigorated Jean began to furiously clean around.
[7:35 PM] DiurnalKnight!: Poor Regie also left her backup materials laying on her desk...
[7:36 PM] AOMidori20: "Quite right! Let's hop to it, lad!" Grinning, Abner began to clean with renewed fervor.
